Permanent weight-loss is about making big changes when making even the smallest of changes seems impossible. My podcast is curated by a Registered Psychotherapist who has lost over 100 pounds himself and kept it off for over eight and a half years. Listeners are exposed to an empathetic, grounded, light-hearted approach to weight management and all the complex issues around it.
